Eye, aye!

This has been long in the planning...

The sharp-eyed will have noticed a broadening-out of the work. I've been looking at the array of skills and knowledge I bring together from decades of design practice, constant creative exploring and unstoppable nosiness. My most adventurous clients and collaborators are already using what I can do in interesting and unusual combinations.

So for more of that, I've decided to be more – well – me. Bye bye 'studio'; hello human.

The visual identity is as hybrid as my thinking, with a logo half constructed, half drawn. As in the previous version, its colours are sampled from my own iris. (Did I mention I'm a nerd?)

And the process of delving into my brand has itself been a collaboration, with podcast partner Narcis Sauleda as a sounding board. His three word brand brief makes me laugh every time I think of it...

Here’s to more adventures.
