Well, it’s for the latest episode of Studio Snack, the monthly food podcast about design that I make with fellow designer and former studio-mate Narcis Sauleda.

This month is all about circular snacks – food celebrating waste. We look at the surprisingly international story of a classic tapas dish, we hear from a chef, we explore new kinds of food enterprise and we use waste as an opportunity to get creative.
